There are some matters needing attention when strapping stainless steel cable ties: 1. The method of strapping items should be unified. 2. Pay attention to the neatness of items when strapping. 3. Bundle the items separately. It is more suitable for use in harsh environments such as corrosion resistance, humidity, and seawater. We recommend using professional installation tools to install stainless steel cable ties. Although they can be installed manually, the tool must be used to tension the cable ties, especially when using the larger sizes in this range. Our installation tools can be adjusted according to the width of the cable tie and the required tension. When the required tension is reached, the tool neatly cuts any excess material, resulting in a strong and neat accessory. The working temperature is -80℃ to +540℃. The minimum ring tensile strength is 4.6mm width: 89kg, and the minimum cyclic tensile strength is 7.9mm width: 160kg.
